  First of all if you as a server can't sit people immediately especially when the restaurant is half empty then she shouldn't be offering the customers waiting for a table to pour them beers. A small brewery in a podunk town can't survive on their beer alone especially when their wait staff looks like the Wednesday "C" squad in a second rate strip club. Service and timeliness will make or break a place like this. The drinks and food better taste like I'm taking God into my mouth if I'm going to wait 30 minutes to be seated and an additional 30 after ordering. My first visit here was pleasant but this time around was just bad. This place could have some potential if they could work on some things ...

  We had a large party who needed accommodations last minute. We even called and changed our reservations just a couple hours prior to our meal. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious...my favorite things being their onion rings and cider! We were very happy that we decided to try out Verde Brewing Co.
